offers a comprehensive range of retail training opportunities. Investment executives are encouraged to attend our "local" development meetings and quarterly sales meetings.
Branch Training Programs
Branch-level training is perhaps our most unique and valued service. It is designed specifically to address the needs of branch associates who are essential to the success of your program. Infinex's proprietary retail training system, referred to as C.A.R.E. Training, was designed with the limited resources available to community banks in mind.
The objective of our training program is to implement a consultative approach to your customers' needs by increasing your associates' confidence, knowledge, and skills. Our training is based upon the "Training Triangle".
Program highlights:

Multiple workshops designed to cover a broad range of referral knowledge.

Each workshop is 2 hours in length.

Workshops are primarily for Branch Managers, CSRs, receptionists, tellers, and
commercial staff. Since the workshops work together to build knowledge, the
same associates should attend each session. It is recommended that each
workshop contain a variety of the above positions to enhance interaction.
- Advanced sessions are designed specifically for commercial and
consumer lenders.
